Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review technical documents, including shop drawings, as-built drawings, and material submittals.
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure that all technical details are clearly communicated and understood.
- Provide technical support during the project lifecycle, addressing any design or specification issues.
- Assist in the preparation of project schedules and progress reports.
- Ensure that all technical office activities are aligned with project requirements and industry standards.
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
- Support the procurement and construction teams with technical insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a technical office role within the construction industry.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
